1     6     9W-4480 Bolt     During assembly, lubricate the threads of the bolts with Loctite C5A copper anti seize. Tighten the bolts on the abutment side first. Then tighten the bolt on the gap side.    
Torque to
1600 ± 200 N·m (1180 ± 148 lb ft).

0.0 to 5.0 mm (0.00 to 0.20 inch).
B     –     –     Install the rubber stopper in the shaft. The end of the rubber stopper should be even with the end of the chamfer. The stopper can be recessed up to
11.0 ± 4.0 mm (0.43 ± 0.16 inch) past the chamfer.    
C     –     –     Extension of the track idler shaft from the face of the seal collar on both sides is
59.42 ± 0.13 mm (2.339 ± 0.005 inch).    
2     2     107-4057 O-Ring Seal     Lubricate O-ring seals and the track idler shaft lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.    
3     2     162-7863 Duo-Cone Seal Gp     Rubber toric seals must be clean and dry at assembly. All surfaces that contact the toric seals must be clean and dry at assembly. At assembly, apply a thin film of oil to the contacting surfaces of the metal seal. Seal rings must be assembled squarely with the bore. The toric ring must not bulge and the toric ring must not be twisted.    
4     24     8C-6877 Bolt     Torque to
85 ± 15 N·m (63 ± 11 lb ft).
