D9T Track-Type Tractor Hydraulic System – Main Drive Shaft – Remove and Install

Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the rear center bottom guard.

1. Remove bolts (1) and guard (2) .

2. Remove bolts (5) and main drive shaft (4) .

3. Remove guard (3), if necessary.

Installation Procedure

1. Install guard (3), if necessary.

2. Install main drive shaft (4) and bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 136 N·m (100 lb ft).

3. Install guard (2) and bolts (1) .

End By:
Install the rear center bottom guard.
