(3) Torque for fill valve and the relief valve … 35 ± 7 N·m (25 ± 5 lb ft)

(4) Torque for bolts … 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)

(5) Use shims as required (on each side) until dimension (A), between frame and guide plate, is … 0.8 ± 0.5 mm (.03 ± .02 in)

(6) End play of shaft … 0.28 to 0.74 mm (.011 to .029 in)

Maximum permissible end play … 1.14 mm (.045 in)

Maximum permissible amount shaft can be bent … 0.13 mm (.005 in)

(7) Clearance between shaft and bearing … 0.36 to 0.46 mm (.014 to .018 in)

(12) Rubber toric seals and all surfaces in contact with them must be clean and dry at assembly. Put a thin layer of oil on the surfaces of the metal seals that are in contact just before installation. Put lubricant on all other seals at assembly.
