Remove Fuel Injection Valves
START BY:
a) remove fuel injection lines
1. Remove nut (1) from the fuel injection valve with tool (A).
2. Remove fuel injection valve (2).
3. remove valve (4) from body (3).
4. Remove the other fuel injection valves as in Steps 1 through 3.
Install Fuel Injection Valves
1. Install the valve on the body. Tighten the valve finger tight only.
2. Install fuel injection valve (1) in the precombustion chamber. Install nut (2).
3. Tighten nut (2) with tool (A) to a torque of 105 ± 5 lb.ft. (142 ± 7 N·m).
4. Install the other fuel injection valves as in Steps 1 through 3.
